October 16, 2023 Vicki paid $3,000 for dentures. November 29, 2023 Dr. Dyer extracted 17 teeth charging her $ The dentures did not fit. The dentures caused extreme pain. Dr. Dyer ground and relined for weeks. After five weeks I took her to another dentist and purchased another set of dentures which she has worn for almost a year without any problem. I have been asking for our money back but most of my correspondence has been ignored. At one point their attorney threatened me with extortion for wanting our money back.

Detailed Time Line

Saturday, August 19, 2023. Vicki had an infection that did its weekend thing and got worse. We searched the internet for a weekend dentist and found Emergency Dental in Colorado Springs. With a phone call we got an appointment for 9 am Sunday morning. Their office is 139 miles from our home. Sunday August 20, 2023 Vicki saw Dr. Choi. Dr. Choi prescribed a antibiotic for her infection. The entire staff was very friendly and pleasant. Before we left Dr. Choi told Vicki, “when you are ready for dentures, come back, I make good dentures.” November 29, 2023 the dentures were back and Vicki had 17 teeth extracted. He used nitros oxide. Oxygen is used along with it. They ran out of oxygen about 15 minutes before he was finished with the extractions. That process calls for the lungs to be purged with 100% oxygen for 3 to 5 minutes. We believe that was the reason Vicki had trouble with her lungs for several weeks. The dentures did not fit. We stayed over night in Colorado Springs so Vicki could see the Dr. Dyer. He spent that morning and the following weeks grinding and relining the dentures.
